MOHAMMED AL KHARUSI

Mohammed has over 40 years of experience across IT, HR and general management. He spent 29 years with PDO, progressing to become its first Omani IM&T Manager and later HR Director, alongside international assignments with Shell. He subsequently held senior roles with ENOC and MB Group. Mohammed supports InterSearch’s executive search activity in Oman and the wider MEA region, particularly within Oil & Gas, and holds undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Industrial Mathematics and Numerical & Functional Analysis.
